BLOOM is a 4-week fitness program designed to help you align with the season, refresh your routine, and build strength from the inside out. Once you purchase you will get an email invite to download my Everfit coaching app, this is where you will access all content and message me directly :) This program blends energizing strength training, functional movement, and mindful practices to help you feel strong, vibrant, and in flow with the natural rhythms of spring. Each week, you’ll focus on building strength, improving mobility, and creating sustainable habits that support your body and mind.
